TricycleBlend strives to create and maintain high quality for all our products and to provide a pleasant shopping experience for all our customers. No matter what your problems or inquiries are, we will give you a satisfactory reply. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any problems, and we will solve them within the shortest time possible.
If you encounter problems with product quality:
We at TricycleBlend are meticulous in quality assurance and control; it is thus rare for our goods to be faulty. However, in such case or if our staff made a mistake in your delivery, please contact us within 7 days - we will follow-up with your case and/or arrange for exchanges. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be on us!
If you encounter other problems:
Upon receipt of your parcel, if your clothes are the wrong size or are very different from the pictures posted in the online shop, please contact us within 7 days and send the parcel back to us, we will arrange for a one-time-only exchange.
We place great importance on our customers' shopping experience, and we shape our brand around our customers. We understand that you may change your mind and that tastes and styles change. Thus, in order to facilitate convenience and to further enhance your shopping experience, if you are unsatisfactory with our products, we are happy to exchange your items. For your items to be eligible for exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days upon shipment of your order
- The items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with the tags still attached
- Inform us of the product ID, size and style to be exchanged
- One exchange can only be granted per order
- Exchanges are invalid if you encounter problems with the items other than the situations listed above
- Discontinued styles are not eligible for exchange
- In case of dispute, Tricycleblend reserves the right to final decision
- If the cost of the item to be returned is more than that of the replacement, the difference in cost will not be refunded
- If the cost of the item to be returned is less than that of the replacement, the difference in cost will be managed as a new order
We would like to remind customers that TricycleBlend currently does not have retail stores and locations in Hong Kong. We only have an office and warehouse location that is situated in Prince Edward. We only offer refunds and exchanges for products purchased through our online shop and through the office and warehouse location - refunds and exchanges are not offered for products purchased elsewhere. If you have purchased a TricycleBlend product elsewhere and would like a refund or exchange, please contact the sales outlet from which you purchased our product. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience or misunderstandings caused.
