How to order

1) After your item is selected, click "Add to Cart", your item will appear in your shopping cart




2) You can change Quantity of items in your shopping cart and add notes to your order.

3) If you have finished shopping, click “ Check out”

4) If you have coupons or gift vouchers, you can use them now by inserting the coupon code and clicking "Apply". You can also login to your TricycleBlend account to enable faster checkout


5) Fill in your personal details: email, name, company name (optional), address, telephone number > click " Continue to shipping method "

*** If your shipping address is in Macau, input "00000" (five zeros) for the Postal Code.


6) Double check your information and if all is correct, Select "Continue to payment method"



7) Choose a payment method and fill in your payment details. Click " Complete order " - payment must be made within 3 days of the order



Your order is now complete! You will receive email confirmation for your order. 



If your order is eligible for free shipping and you would like to pick-up your parcel at designated SF Express locations:


1) Click "Return to customer information"


2a) Fill in the SF Express Service Center Code and District of the Pick-up location. For a full list of service center codes, click here.


2b) Alternatively, you can fill in the SF Express Service Center full address and district, whichever you prefer.


3) Double check your shipping details and click on "Continue to payment method"


4) Select your payment method, insert your payment details. Select "Use a different billing address", because the shipping address previously entered is the address of the SF Express Service Center. Enter your billing address associated with your payment details. Click  "Complete order".

 Your order is now complete! You will receive email confirmation for your order. 


About delivery process:
After payment completion, your items will be sent within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). In order to expedite the delivery process, please complete the payment after your order, and inform us as soon as possible. In a case of delivery delays, we will inform you via phone, email or Whatsapp.


About restocking and out of stock items:
When we receive notice for out of stock items, we will inform you immediately and will make appropriate arrangements for exchange or refund.


About sizes and color:
Sizes and fabric details for each product are listed on our website at your convenience. Due to the possible differences in individual measurement, a deviation of 1-3cm between your measurement and the actual product may occur. Similarly, a slight difference in color may result due to your screen brightness, color settings, etc. If the difference is noticeable and unacceptable, we are happy to exchange your item.
